Inside Our Roadmap: From Memory to Autonomous Business

AMArjun Mehta· Co-founder & CTOApril 30, 20265 min read

We think about the roadmap in four phases, each one building directly on the last. Skipping ahead doesn't work — you can't trust an AI to take action on your behalf until it has actually understood your business, and it can't understand your business until it remembers it.

Phase 1 — AI Memory

This is where we are today: connecting email, documents, chats, meetings, CRM, and storage into one searchable, conversational memory. Everything after this depends on getting this foundation right.

Phase 2 — AI Intelligence

Once the memory exists, the next step is reasoning over it — a real knowledge graph, cross-system analytics, and predictive insight, so the system can tell you not just what happened but what's likely to happen next.

Phase 3 — AI Actions

With understanding in place, the system starts doing things: sending emails, updating records, generating proposals, scheduling meetings — always visibly, always attributable, always reversible.

Phase 4 — Autonomous Business

The long-term destination is a set of coordinated agents handling routine operational work end-to-end, with human approval where it actually matters. Not a company run by AI — a company where AI has quietly taken the busywork off everyone's plate.

Every phase has to earn the next one. Trust is built in that order for a reason.

Give your company a memory it never loses.

Every answer. Every document. Every decision. One AI. Connect your first data source in under five minutes.
