By creating an account or using Think Mesh, you agree to these terms. If you're using the service on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

You may use Think Mesh to connect your organization's own data sources and generate answers, reports, and automations from them. You're responsible for having the rights to connect any data source you link to your workspace.

You agree not to use the service to violate any law, infringe on others' rights, or attempt to access data outside your workspace's permissions.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; your workspace remains active until the end of the current billing period.

You retain all rights to the data you connect. We process it solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing terms.

You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Think Mesh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
