Privacy Policy

This is a template privacy policy for illustrative purposes — replace it with counsel-reviewed terms before taking real customer data.

Last updated: August 6, 2026

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, and company details when you sign up, request a demo, or contact us.

When you connect a data source (email, chat, CRM, storage, etc.), we process the content of that source strictly to power the features you've enabled — search, summarization, agents, and related functionality.

We also collect standard usage data (pages visited, actions taken, device and browser information) to keep the product reliable and to improve it.

2. How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve the service, respond to support requests, send important account or security notices, and — where you've opted in — share product updates.

Content from connected data sources is used only to power the AI features of your workspace. We do not sell your data or use it to train models shared across other customers.

3. Data sharing

We share data with sub-processors strictly as needed to run the service (for example, cloud hosting and AI inference providers), under contracts that require them to protect it to the same standard we do.

We do not sell personal information or connected workspace data to third parties.

4. Data retention

Workspace data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect a data source or delete your account, associated data is removed from active systems within 30 days, subject to backup retention windows.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can exercise these rights from your workspace settings or by contacting us directly.

6. Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent through our Contact page, and we'll route them to the right team.
